SFA School is Looking for a New Principal

The principal serves as the spiritual and instructional leader, responsible for managing school policies, regulations, and procedures to ensure that all students are supervised in a safe, traditional Catholic learning environment.  The successful candidate  will be responsible for establishing and promoting high academic standards for students and ensuring and maintaining the professional development of staff.

Baptism Preparation Class – Thursday, April 19th

The next Baptismal Preparation class for parents wanting to have their child Baptized at St. Francis is Thursday, April 19th, at 7:00 pm in the Parish Life Center, room 113.  Both parents should attend. Godparents are always welcome, but are not required to attend.

Anyone wishing to attend this class should register by calling the parish office at (901) 756-1213 no later than 12:00 Noon on Tuesday,April 17th.  Please note that if the class is not full, it will be rescheduled.


First Friday Eucharistic Adoration – May 4th

St. Francis of Assisi Church will offer exposition and adoration of the Blessed Sacrament on the First Friday of May  – May 4, 2018. Exposition will begin in the chapel immediately following the 8:15 am Mass and will continue until Benediction at 5:30 pm.  All are welcome to join us in prayer before the Blessed Sacrament.

Adorers needed!  Drop-ins are welcome.
